By joining the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange, members must agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone violating these terms will be removed from the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange without any obligation by the SHOOTS.com Ad BannerExchange to redeem any earned credits. By joining, members agree to the following:

Members agree to insert the full unmodified HTML code provided by the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange for displaying the SHOOTS.com banner on their web site. The HTML code can be inserted in as many or few pages as they wish. SHOOTS.com reserves the right to verify the placement and accuracy of its HTML code. The URL listed in the account information must contain the HTML code.

Members acknowledge that the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange is a free service.

All SHOOTS.com banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner. Current banner size is 468 x 60 pixels.

A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site by using a device, program, or any other means. A member may not display more than one SHOOTS.com banner on any one page. A member may not include the banner on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push).

SHOOTS.com retains ownership and all rights to the SHOOTS.com name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. Members will have full access to statistics relavent to their web site and the number of exposures of the members banner on the SHOOTS.com site.

Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by SHOOTS.com.

All members agree to utilize the services of the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange at their own risk. SHOOTS.com, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange.

Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange.

The SHOOTS.com name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from the SHOOTS.com. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange on the site or in the promotion of the site.

A member may cancel their membership in the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange at any time by sending a cancellation notice to banner_cancel@shoots.com and removing the SHOOTS.com Banner HTML code from their website. The cancellation notice must have the URL of the ad banner to be removed.

The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in the the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange network: Sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise deemed inappropriate. SHOOTS.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in the SHOOTS.com Ad Banner Exchange.

SHOOTS.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.
